We create & send a customized list tailored to your personal preferences. We will highlight which apartments are running FREE rent specials and other promotions.
You select your favorites
Once you let us know which apartments are you favorites, we will reach out and confirm the pricing.
WE Schedule the showings
We will contact each property to schedule showings. You can either go to the properties independently or escorted by one of our agents, whichever is your preference. Just make sure “Urban Pads” is on your guest card.
Apply
Select your favorite apartment and submit an application. Don’t forget to include “Urban Pads” as your referral on the application to recieve a rebate.
